There is not one healthy way to eat.  There are however, many different ways to eat for different reasons.  Together we can brainstorm where you are at, what you hope to achieve and how your body responds to certain types of foods. From there, we can figure out what subtle or big shifts you are willing and able to make to get there.


I'm not about making people give up things they love or food shaming. You like what you like, I get that! I do help to inform how foods may be contributing to symptoms and what alternative solutions may be available.
