Whole Food Nutrition

What is a Whole Food Supplement?

Simply put, they are supplements made from whole foods grown and harvested in nature, without refinement.  Foods grown in this way are packed full of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients.  Humans were never meant to take in nutrients in highly concentrated, isolated forms.  We metabolize nutrients collectively, not one by one.  Because they are supported by their naturally occuring co-factors, these nutrients work synergistically to achieve their biological effects.
Whole food supplements are maximally bioavailable and bioactive in the body.
